Terms and Conditions of F9Bet — Read Before You Bet

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing, or using any F9Bet service — whether Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or any other mode available on the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the policies of Responsible Gambling of F9Bet.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use F9Bet's services. Continued use of the platform after any update to the terms constitutes acceptance of the changes made.

2. Platform Eligibility

To create an account and use F9Bet's services, you must:

3. Account Creation & Identity Verification

Each user may hold only one account at f9bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using your own details or someone else's — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved, with no right to any remaining balance. During registration, you will need to provide your full name, CPF, date of birth, address, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Methods & Timeframes

Withdrawals on F9Bet are processed exclusively to payment methods held in the account holder's name and registered under the same CPF used at sign-up. The fastest option is Pix, with processing in up to 5 minutes after the request, available 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To make your first withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC). Bonus balances can only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement for the corresponding promotion has been fully met. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.

5.3 Right of Audit

6. Sports Betting

F9Bet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet at any time before confirmation, including in cases of technical errors in the odds.

6.2 Odds Errors

If an odds value is published with an obvious error — a figure visibly out of line with market standards — F9Bet reserves the right to cancel any bets placed at that incorrect odds and return the wagered amount to the user's balance. The determination of what constitutes an "obvious error" is made by the platform's trading team based on comparison with market benchmarks.

6.3 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, all bets on that event will be cancelled and the amounts returned to the account balance. If the event is postponed by less than 24 hours, bets remain active and are settled normally once the event takes place.

6.4 Live Betting

Live bets on F9Bet are processed in real time. There may be a brief delay between on-field action and odds updates. F9Bet does not accept claims based on events that occurred during this processing window. In the event of a technical failure during a live bet, F9Bet will review each case individually.

6.5 Combination Bets (Accumulators)

In accumulator bets, if one selection is cancelled (due to event postponement, for example), the bet is settled without that selection, with the remaining ones kept in place. The accumulator bonus is only applied when all qualifying selections remain in the bet.

7. Casino & Games

Casino games available on F9Bet — including slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and crash games — are provided by licensed suppliers certified by independent RNG (Random Number Generator) audits. Results are generated randomly and cannot be influenced by F9Bet or the player.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Welcome Bonus

8.2 Rollover and General Conditions

The rollover is the minimum wagering requirement that a bonus balance must meet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Cancelled bets, bets on events that resulted in a refund, and bets placed at odds below the established minimum do not count toward rollover completion. Bets with multiple possible outcomes (such as system/partial bets) are subject to specific rules detailed in each promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. F9Bet uses pattern-detection systems and may cancel bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and close any accounts involved in abuse. Bets placed with the sole intent of meeting rollover requirements without genuine risk exposure (hedging between accounts or with external operators) are also considered abuse.

8.4 Promotion Changes and Cancellations

9. User Conduct

By using f9bet, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Intentionally exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system failures without reporting them to f9bet;

• Sharing access to your account with third parties;

10. Account Closure

10.1 At the User's Request
